About
A commercial plumbing partner GCs can schedule against.
Fathom Mechanical runs plumbing packages for general contractors across the Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range. Brandon Chase leads the relationship. The work is coordination, a predictable sequence, and a clean path from rough-in through trim.
Schedule, coordination, and a clean closeout
We plan to the GC’s look-ahead. Underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim are sequenced with the other trades, and manpower is tied to that schedule instead of arriving when the floor is already closed up.
Coordination has a name on it. Brandon is the commercial contact for access, RFIs, and the questions a superintendent needs answered the same day. Trade practice and code supervision sit with the qualifying master plumber responsible for the work.
Changes are priced from the drawings and what is in the field. Trim and punch are finished to the same standard as the rough, so closeout is not a second negotiation.
Front Range commercial work
The packages are commercial plumbing: domestic water, waste, and fixtures for multifamily and high-rise construction, industrial and logistics buildings, public work, hotels, and healthcare or life-sciences space. Geography runs the Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range, from Colorado Springs through Boulder and Fort Collins.
That is the market GCs are building in, including districts such as Arapahoe Square, Sun Valley, and River Mile, corridors such as I-70 and Colorado Boulevard, and public and hospitality work around DEN, the National Western Center, the Convention Center, and LoDo. Those are the packages Fathom is built to take.
Owner-led, on purpose
Brandon Chase is a service-disabled Army National Guard veteran and the owner of Fathom Mechanical. He is the person a general contractor deals with from bid through closeout.
Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business

The certification is for the GC, not a slogan. On federal, state, and local work across the Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range, it does four things.
- Opens federal, state, and local set-asides and preference programs that call for an SDVOSB.
- Gives a prime SDVOSB subcontracting credit toward its subcontracting goals.
- Strengthens the team on government and public infrastructure packages along the Front Range.
- Clears a path when the owner requires veteran-owned participation.
Colorado plumbing contractor registration is in process.
