Public work includes expansions and phased projects such as DEN and National Western Center phase two, plus transit and tourism capacity. Fathom is the plumbing contractor a GC or prime puts on that package.

Certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business gives that GC set-aside and preference eligibility where the solicitation allows it, and subcontracting credit toward a prime’s SDVOSB goal.

New hotels and renovations near the Colorado Convention Center, LoDo, and districts such as Fox Park are the kind of GC packages this is aimed at. Bleisure and boutique product is still a plumbing scope: water, waste, and fixtures on a schedule.

We will say so if a central plant or a specialty system is outside what a new shop should take.

We do not advertise medical gas. Lab or clinical process piping is outside this scope unless the drawings are ordinary commercial plumbing and the qualifying master accepts the work.
